Ideally suited for green tea beginners and those who prefer mild qualities.

This one is decaffeinated using the CO2 method to lock in flavour.

Infusion: yellow-green

Ingredients: decaffeinated green tea (china)

Brewing method: Brew 1 teaspoon of tea in 200ml (7fl oz.) water at 80-90C for 2 minutes. Strain and add some more water for second and third infusions.
