Character: Light coloured, large leaf makes an intensive, rich & tangy infusion. This excellent tea comes from around the city of Kakegawa. Great choice for japan green tea beginners.

Infusion: yellow-green

Ingredients: Japanese green tea

Brewing method: Brew 1 teaspoon of tea in 200ml (7fl oz.) water at 75-80C (167-176F) for 2 minutes. Strain and add some more water for second and third infusions.
