Angel’s Delight – white tea 100g bag

Character: Lovely sweet, tropical fruit flavour with a hint of strawberries and fruity-floral perfume undertones

Infusion: Pale yellow green

Ingredients: white tea, osmanthus tea (green tea, osmanthus flowers), sugared mango cubes (mango, sugar), hibiscus, flavouring, mango fruit granules (glucose syrup, mango puree, thickener: sodium alginate), strawberry pieces, red currants, jasmine flowers, osmanthus flowers, rose petals, natural flavouring, natural citrus flavouring.

Brewing method: This tea can be brewed for up to three times. For the best results you will need to use 1-2 teaspoons of “Angel’s Delight” blend per 200ml (7fl oz.) water at about 180°F (90°C).  Steep for 2-3 minutes. Leave the leaves in a teapot or cup you used for brewing. Once water level is low, add some more but leave to steep it for a bit longer (for about 30 seconds longer than any previous time).
